Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. You will be notified by email if there is a significant delay.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather, or peak seasons.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
